Customer must notify A1 Pool Table within 7 days of delivery. The customer then has 7 days from day the product was purchased to ship the product back to the manufacture address. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees in regards to the return/refund process.
To be eligible for a return you must notify A1 Pool Table within 7 days of receiving your item. All items being returned must be in new and resalable condition, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be provided after the items have been received and inspected by Manufacture. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Taxes and any other charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, lithium batteries, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
