    COVID-19 Shipping

    As the world adjusts to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), shipping is inevitably affected. Every country and region is facing shipping delays of various degrees. Here at Aver, we will do our best to keep you updated and informed about your order during this time as new information becomes available.

    • I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

    Processing times may be delayed due to coronavirus (COVID-19). Our processing times are within 2-5 business days, currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. 

    We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

    All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

    • I have not received my package, it might be lost or stolen.

    We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Once your package leaves our location we are no longer responsible for the package. When your package is sent out the liability is now between you and your Courier of choice (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We will do our best to help you locate your package with the tracking number that was provided to you. When your tracking number states that it is been delivered, you have to contact the your Courier to file a claim.

    To avoid any lost or stolen package(s), it is the customers full responsibility to thoroughly check the shipping information before confirming their order. All orders are thoroughly checked for any damages before shipping.

    • Beware that It may take us 24-72 hours to confirm & process your order before being shipped.

    Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

    For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

     How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes

    Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

     

    If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. By giving us feedback about our products we can continue to improve our services and products for you.

    Customer must notify Aver within 7 days of delivery. The customer then has 30 days from day the product was purchased to ship the product back to Aver. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees in regards to the return/refund process.

    To be eligible for a return you must notify Aver within 7 days of receiving your item. All items being returned must be in new and resalable condition, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Refunds will be provided after the items have been received and inspected by Aver.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    Taxes and any other charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

    To start a return, contact us at support@averproducts.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees in regards to the return/refund process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and Defects
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Aver offers a 90 Day Exchange Guarantee if there are any manufacture defects. To qualify for Avers 90 Day Guarantee send an image of the defected item and your order number within the first 7 days to support@averproducts.com.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
